Sheri Arnold is a distinguished leader and broker in the commercial and industrial real estate industry. A graduate of Sam Houston State University, she is the owner and lead broker of Coldwell Banker Commercial - Arnold & Associates. With over 35 years in the industry she has a wide range of expertise in industrial, office, retail, and investment transactions, as well as a Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) designation and memberships in several professional organizations. She has received numerous awards and recognitions for her achievements, including the Mentor/Protege of the Year award in 2016, the Halter-Case Leadership award in 2017, and the National Woman of Influence Hall of Fame induction in 2018.
Sheri is a trusted consultant to major corporations in the petrochemical, LNG, and chemical sectors, especially in industrial and deep-water sites. She also maintains close relationships with key agencies involved in planning, permitting, and transportation for successful developments and redevelopments in Southeast Texas. Sheri is an active and generous member of the local community, volunteering for various chambers of commerce, civic, and charitable events.
