Arnold and Associates Helps Facilitate New Wienerschnitzel Lease in Lumberton

WienerschnitzelBEAUMONT/LUMBERTON, TEXAS – Coldwell Banker Commercial Arnold and Associates’ (CBCAAA) Top 2% producer Deb Cowart, along with representatives from Jones Lang LaSalle, has successfully negotiated a long-term lease which will introduce Wienerschnitzel to the Lumberton, Texas community.

We are pleased to announce that Wienerschnitzel has signed a lease on the former Jack in the Box free standing building on Main Street in Lumberton.

We are excited that they chose Lumberton as one of their markets to expand into, as they are working through their corporate initiative to expand the entire Texas market!

Wienerschnitzel, a family owned business, has been operating for more than 50 years in more than 450 stores nationwide. While Wienerschnitzel offers franchise opportunities, the new location in Hardin County will be a corporate store. This new Lumberton location will join two other locations in the Southeast Texas area: The Dowlen Road location in Beaumont and the MacArthur Drive location in Orange.

Construction is expected to begin in the next few months with an anticipated store opening slated for the 4th quarter!  CBCAAA is committed to growing all of Southeast Texas one business at a time!
