WingstopBEAUMONT, TEXAS – Coldwell Banker Commercial Arnold and Associates’ (CBCAAA) Deb Cowart has successfully helped secure a long-term lease for Wingstop. Deb represented the Tenant in this transaction.

The first Wingstop in town will be located on College Street, operated under the ownership of Houston-area entrepreneur, Rahul Agrawal. Rahul is excited about opening his first Wingstop in the Beaumont area and is ready to serve up fresh, made-to-order wings to the community. Wingstop is an award-winning wing concept that features 11 bold flavors, including fan favorites Lemon Pepper and Mango Habanero. The new Wingstop is scheduled to open this fall and will be located at 3850 College Street, the newly constructed shopping center that was recently completed.

Deb assisted the Tenant by helping them secure a highly prominent location right off Interstate 10 and Highway 90. Wingstop joins other co-tenants Starbucks, T-Mobile and Mattress One.
